Forevana privacy policy

Forevana is a Windows app from Wicked System Studio. In short: everything stays offline on your device. Forevana does not collect, store or send any of your data.

What is saved on your device

Forevana saves your workspace (company details, imported ledger, invoices, bills, loans, bank balances, FX rates, cases, what-if and valuation settings and saved forecasts) in the app's own storage on your PC, under %APPDATA%\Forevana (Help > About shows the exact folder). If you connect Ledvana, Forevana reads only the feed file ledvana-forevana.json from the known folders or a folder you choose, and remembers that folder. Uninstalling does not delete your data folder; you can delete it yourself at any time. File > Export data saves a backup file wherever you choose.

No data collection

Forevana has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no automatic updates of its own. The app blocks network connections from its window, so it does not connect to the internet while you work. Links to websites open in your own browser only when you click them.

Microsoft Store

If you install Forevana from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles the download and installation under its own privacy statement. We do not receive personal information about you from this.

Children

Forevana is a business tool and does not knowingly process children's data.

Changes

If this policy changes, for example if a future version adds an optional feature that uses the internet, we will update this page and say so clearly in the app first.
