Tractvana privacy policy

Tractvana is a Windows app from Wicked System Studio. In short: everything stays offline on your device. Tractvana does not collect, store or send any of your data.

Your files

The files you open in Tractvana (PDFs, scans, images, Excel, CSV and other files) are read and processed only on your computer. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Files you add stay in the app window only until you clear them or close the app.

OCR

Text recognition (English, Urdu and Arabic) is built into the app and runs offline. Nothing is sent to an online service.

Settings saved on your device

Saved patterns, report layouts and settings are kept on your PC in %APPDATA%\Tractvana. They are not your documents. You can delete them at any time by deleting that folder.

No data collection

Tractvana has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no automatic updates of its own. It does not make network connections while you work. The only links that leave the app are the website and email links in the Help menu, which open in your own browser or email app when you click them.

Exports

When you export to Excel, CSV, JSON, PDF or PowerPoint, the file is saved where you choose on your computer. What you do with it afterwards is up to you. You can mask personal data in every export.

Microsoft Store

If you install Tractvana from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles the download and installation under its own privacy statement. We do not receive personal information about you from this.

Children

Tractvana is a business tool and does not knowingly process children's data.

Changes

If this policy changes, for example if a future version adds an optional feature that uses the internet, we will update this page and say so clearly in the app first.
