Presvana privacy policy

Presvana - IFRS 18 Reporting is a Windows app from Wicked System Studio. In short: your trial balances, mappings and statements stay on your device. Nothing leaves it unless you run an optional AI check.

Your files

The trial balances you import and the statements, notes and exports you create are processed only on your computer.

Saved on your device

Your work, saved mappings, settings and backups are kept on your PC. You can delete them at any time.

Optional AI checks

AI checks only run when you click them. A check sends a summary limited to account names and codes, categories, nature tags and totals, never your whole file. The 20 free checks per device go through our server at wickedsystemstudio.com with a random device ID used only to count checks; we do not log account names or request contents. If you add your own Groq, Gemini or xAI key, checks go directly from the app to that provider under its own privacy terms, and your key stays on your PC.

No tracking

Presvana has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.

Microsoft Store

If you install Presvana from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles the download and installation under its own privacy statement. We do not receive personal information about you from this.

Children

Presvana is a business tool and does not knowingly process children's data.
