Terms of use

These terms cover Ledvana (Pro and Essentials) and this website. By installing or using the software you agree to them. Contact: info@wickedsystemstudio.com.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software on Windows devices you own or control, according to your edition: Essentials (free) for the features designated as Essentials; Pro (paid) for additional features unlocked by a Microsoft Store purchase or a valid licence key, for the term and users stated at purchase. Where acquired from the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Store terms also apply and prevail where required.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy (except for backup), resell, rent, sublicense or distribute the software or licence keys; reverse engineer or bypass licensing except as permitted by law; remove proprietary notices; or use the software unlawfully.
3. Licences and payment
Fees are as shown at purchase. Keys are personal to the licensee. Unless the law or the Store requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable after activation. When a trial or Pro licence ends, the software reverts to Essentials features and your data remains accessible.
4. Your data
Data you enter is yours. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality, security and backups. See the privacy policy.
5. Cloud and AI services
Optional cloud multi-user and the AI assistant (Pro) are provided as available and may change, be limited for fair use or be interrupted. AI answers can be wrong; check them before relying on them. You must not use these services to store unlawful content or to attack or overload them.
6. Not professional advice
The software is a tool. Calculations (including tax, payroll, IFRS 9, IFRS 16, FX and interest) and third-party data may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable, and do not constitute accounting, tax, legal or audit advice. Review results with a qualified professional.
7. Third-party services
Online lookups and AI providers are third parties we do not control.
8. Updates and support
We may provide updates and fixes at our discretion. Support is by email as described on the support page.
9. Intellectual property
The software, its code, design and documentation belong to Wicked System Studio. No rights are granted except as stated.
10. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms; you must then stop using and uninstall the software.
