Offline accounting software for your PC
Many accounting tools only run in a browser and keep your books on someone else's server. Ledvana runs on your Windows PC and stores your company data locally.
How offline works in Ledvana
- Company data lives in a local database on your PC, not in the cloud
- No account sign-up is needed to start your books
- Back up to a file whenever you want and keep copies wherever you like
- Internet is only used for optional features you choose, such as exchange-rate lookups
- Cloud multi-user exists in Ledvana Pro, but it is off by default and only used if you turn it on
Who it suits
Small businesses, freelancers and finance teams who want full control of their records, work with patchy internet, or simply prefer not to keep financial data online.
For leases there is also Leasevana, an offline IFRS 16 lease app, and for planning, Forevana (coming soon), which makes no network connections at all.

Where is my data stored?
In a local database in your Windows profile (%APPDATA%\\Ledvana). See the privacy policy for details.
Is it a free download?
Ledvana Essentials is free on the Microsoft Store.
Can two people use it?
Essentials supports up to two users on one company. Pro adds more users and optional cloud sharing.
